the weekend
- Glow with the Show/World of Color was AMAZING. I want to shake the hand of the person who thought of this idea. Getting free ears was something we were even skeptical of because getting something like that for free from Disney is unheard of. After watching the show in a sea of lit up Mickey ears, I would have gladly paid $30 for them. I’m probably gonna buy a pair for Angie Tangie now.
- Hung out at Newport Beach on Saturday! It’s been a good 3 years since I’ve hung out at the beach. The weather was purrrrrfect, we had all our sand toys and Marco & I had a great time playing in the water. The booze was good too! ;)
- BBQ’d at Marco’s moms house later that night. Feasted on carne asada, rice and beans. We brought some dranks over and all sat around the kitchen table and his sisters told stories about when they were all younger. We took a small walk over to the park behind his parent’s house and played on the playground at 3am.
- Sunday morning breakfast and then headed to the pool with Janet so we could get our tan on. I’m on my way to looking like a bronzey supermodel (jkjk)
- Went to see Ted. Let me rephrase that, I was dragged kicking & screaming. JK. No but seriously I was outnumbered. I didn’t like it. I thought it was dumb and not really that funny. The only reason I made it through was because Mila Kunis is in it and she’s fun to look at.
