I can’t remember who posted the link (maybe Mandy?) but I recently read an article about “fat skinny people” that really made me think about focusing more on exercise and less on dieting. It basically talked about the amount of fat vs. muscle in your body when you don’t work out. Sure, I run (very rarely these days) but I do NO weight training whatsoever. I go on and on...
